DR. MORITZ G. HEILE, LL.M.
Moritz G. Heile is the founder of GOODVICE. He has extensive experience advising and representing companies, their management, and other decision-makers in a wide range of sophisticated matters, both transactional and in the courtroom. During his professional career, he held various positions with leading international law firms, including Allen & Overy LLP, White & Case LLP, and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
Prior to his admission to the bar, Moritz studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, the University College London and the National University of Singapore. Following the First State Examination (LL.B.) and the Master of Laws (LL.M.), he completed his legal practice training with the Superior Court of Berlin, a major US law firm and a global media corporation in New York. He holds a doctoral degree (Dr.) with distinction (summa cum laude) in Aviation Law from the University of Cologne. Clients, counsel and colleagues have praised Moritz for his "brilliant legal expertise" and “outstanding analytical skills and pragmatic approach". Important to the efficient resolution of any legal matter, he is known for his "excellent cooperation". Other professionals have described him as "highly esteemed" in the legal community. In addition to his legal practice, Moritz is a visiting lecturer for International Air Law at the University of Cologne and frequently publishes essays and papers in leading law journals. Besides his native German, Moritz is fluent in English and also speaks French. |
