BRIAN S. MARSHALL, Esq.

Brian S. Marshall brings extensive litigation and transactional experience to GOODVICE. He has represented business organizations and professionals in a wide variety of civil and criminal matters in state and federal court. His experience includes internal corporate investigations and white collar criminal matters as well as complex commercial litigation. Representative matters in the civil arena include unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty and misappropriation of trade secrets. 
 
Prior to joining GOODVICE, Brian worked at both small litigation boutiques as well as large commercial law firms, including Munger Tolles & Olson LLP in Los Angeles. Most recently, he has garnered accolades for advising corporate legal departments and law firms engaging global vendors for eDiscovery and managed document review services.   
 
Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree and is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in California. He studied law at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Willamette University.
