Johannes Schneider has specialized in legal and strategic advice for e-commerce and technology companies since the beginning of his professional career. He has extensive expertise and years of experience in matters of corporate and capital markets law, particularly through the support of numerous start-ups, including the incorporation of more than 50 online enterprises and their legal set-up. As Senior Legal Counsel, he was involved in the IPO of Rocket Internet SE and later worked for Scout24 AG, a publicly listed company (MDax).
Prior to his admission to the bar, Johannes studied law at the Humboldt-University of Berlin, the Université de Fribourg as well as the University of Bern (Switzerland). The Berlin School of Economics & Law awarded him with a Master of Laws (LL.M.). In the course of his legal practice training, he worked for ebay Inc. at their European headquarters. As Of Counsel, Johannes Schneider supports GOODVICE in an advisory capacity, especially in corporate and commercial law matters. Due to his rich experience from working for leading companies in the internet industry, he is also consulted when special know-how in this area is required. In addition to his native German, Johannes is fluent in English and also speaks French. |
